Some sites are shaded, others are closer to the seawall, but all are clean and well-kept. Enjoy friendly neighbors, laid-back vibes, and that classic island feel we’re known for.

RV Sites:
Rates do not include a 12.5% tax.
Every site has 30/50-amp electrical service, so your rig and its toys will be good to go.
Sites are grouped by class (Interior, Interior Plus, Premium, Seawall) with varying sizes, views and rates.
We accommodate one camping unit and one vehicle per site, with a max of six people total. Planning ahead helps make it smoother for you and your neighbors.
Pets are welcome in the RV-side under our rules, but not in the rental units.
Cancelation Policies:
Daily and weekly require a non-refundable one night deposit with cancelation
Monthly Winter requires a 50% deposit refundable with 30 days notice prior to arrival
Monthly Summer requires a one night non-refundable deposit with cancelation
