Each RV site can accommodate up to six people total — that includes visitors and kids.

Absolutely! We allow up to two pets per site. Just keep them on a leash no longer than six feet, clean up after them, and don’t leave them unattended. Please note that pets aren’t allowed in the pool area, restrooms, laundry room, or on Tiki Island.

For everyone’s safety, we don’t allow wood fires, ground fires, fireworks, or open flames anywhere in the park.

Electric golf carts are fine if they’re registered and insured, but gas-powered ones and joyriding aren’t allowed. Drivers must be at least 16 and hold a valid license.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM every night. Please be respectful of your neighbors and help keep the park peaceful.

Fishing’s fine in designated areas, but swimming, diving, or taking lobster from the harbor, boat ramp, or seawall is not permitted.

Daily and weekly require a non-refundable one night deposit with cancelation.
Monthly Winter requires a 50% deposit refundable with 30 days notice prior to arrival.
Monthly Summer requires a one night non-refundable deposit with cancelation.

Yes we have a boat marina, and dock slips available to rent and a boat ramp for all guest to access.

No we do not have RV’s to rent however we work with several companies that rent/deliver and set-up RV’s that we can provide contact info to.

Yes we do. We ask that everyone using electric bikes and or scooter follow the MAX 5 MPH speed limit. Anyone under 14 years old must wear a helmet (bicycles included) and anything on wheels must have lights on after dark.
