Guest Registration
• Check-in: 1:00 PM
• Check-out: 12:00 PM
• All guests and pets must be registered at check-in.
• RV sites can accommodate up to six people total, including visitors and children.
Water & Marine Rules
• No swimming, diving, or taking lobster from the harbor, boat ramp, seawall, or dock.
• Boats and slips are for watercraft use only — not for swimming or lounging.
• Boats must be registered and may not be left unattended at the dock or harbor.
• Registered guests can use the boat ramp at no charge.
• Boats may only be parked on-site with prior park approval.
Fire & Grilling Restrictions
• No wood fires, ground fires, fireworks, or open flames anywhere on the property.
• Grills and cooking elements aren’t allowed under the pavilion, on Tiki Island, or on picnic tables.
Vehicles & Speed Limits
• Gas-powered golf carts are not allowed.
• No joyriding on motorcycles, mini-bikes, or golf carts. All golf carts must be registered, insured, and driven by licensed drivers age 16+.
• The park speed limit is 5 MPH at all times.
Noise & Behavior
• Quiet hours are 10 PM – 7 AM nightly.
• No excessive noise, rowdiness, or disorderly conduct at any time.
• Children under 17 must remain at their site from 10 PM – 8 AM, unless accompanied by an adult.
Pets & Animals
• Pets are not allowed on Tiki Island, in efficiency apartments, restrooms, the pool area, laundry room, pet pools, kiddie pools, or hot tubs.
• Up to two pets per site are welcome.
• Pets must stay on a leash no longer than 6 feet and be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Please use the pet walk areas and clean up after your pets throughout the park, including the dog walk and dog park.
• Pets should never be left unattended.
• NO AGGRESSIVE PETS! We reserve the right to deny service for pets (and owners) who display any type of aggressive behavior!
Property & Grounds
• Don’t attach anything to trees or walk through other campsites (occupied or vacant).
• Carpets, outdoor washers/dryers, and outdoor sinks or showers are not permitted.
• Do not waste water or wash vehicles/RVs on-site.
Parking & Areas
• Each site allows one camping unit and one vehicle.
• Parking at Tiki, Tiki Island, or Harbor areas is for loading/unloading only.
• Generators are not permitted anywhere in the park.
Recreation Equipment
• No bicycles, scooters, skateboards, hoverboards, or rollerblades on docks, seawalls, Tiki Hut, or near the pool and motel areas.
• Bicycles must have lights when used at night.
• Display your registration receipt or vehicle pass as directed during your stay.
Cancelation Policy
Daily and weekly require a non-refundable one night deposit with cancelation.
Monthly Winter requires a 50% deposit refundable with 30 days notice prior to arrival.
Monthly Summer requires a one night non-refundable deposit with cancelation.

• This property is privately owned. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Jolly Roger will not be responsible for accidents/injury to guests, or for loss of money/valuables of any kind.
• Our natural resources are the waterfront, trees and grass. These are our greatest assets. Please leave them as you found them so that those who follow can enjoy the best of the Keys.
